This the book cover to a book on alchemy I have wrote, which is due for release soon. For more details see the publishers website:
[link] Now, enough of my blatent advertising! About the art... In the foreground is a white baby dragon and a tree adorned with alchemical symbols. This is actually an ink illustration that I inversed in photoshop. I will post the original seperately later... Behind this it two magicians faded to red. These are both actually me. In my robes. Behind this is a dark red swirly background. All these layers are slightly transparent so you can see each through the other. The overall effect is, I think, rather striking. It better be, because I have to sell enough copies of the book to recoup my investment! ;-P |
