The final illustration of the Kaos Hieroglyphica. The egg now hatches and the baby dragon of the magician is born. Behind is the alchemical tree illustrating the connection between the phases of reality already explored in the previous illustrations.
Lovely inkwork and details - I would've liked to see a larger copy though, just to see things in more detail. My knowledge of alchemy is pretty sketchy, but I've always found the symbols and diagrams compelling, and this depicts some of the reasons why - the arcane intertwined with nature. Insightful work.
